Most people can ignore tiredness. However, when you have a chronic illness you need to listen to your body. Occasionally you may choose not too, but there will be consequences.

For instance yesterday I was dizzy. I decided to listen. I took a Valium and it knocked me out for a few hours. Listening to my body stopped me from having vertigo.
I don’t always listen. I do push myself when I am having a so-so day. I have to weigh what the consequences will be if I push.
When at home, it’s better to rest. However, if I am out doing things, I will push through even though I know I will probably have to stay in bed the next day or so. But it’s worth it to live my life to the best of my ability.
Rest on the bad days and live on the good days and sometimes on the so-so days.
Love, Peace and Light! Rita
