This came up in my Facebook memories. I tried to explain what I experience having a debilitating chronic illness.
Did You Know?
Sometimes my skin is so sensitive that air hurts.
I feel dizzy most days.
My fingers and toes hurt all the time.
I have random pains that pop up in a multitude of places for no reason.
Sometimes it’s hard to breathe.
I can’t eat everything I want without consequences.
I try to sleep when I get a migraine, but usually I carry on.
I never have silence anymore.
I fear the world will spin out of control in public.
Anxiety and Panic are the hardest to overcome, but the one symptom that I can control.
Being prepared doesn’t mean I am worrying.
I talk about my health because it may help others.
Love, Peace and Light! Rita
