I wish sleep came naturally to me. One would think it should be a natural phenomenon, but still I wake up at odd hours during the night.
It is getting better for me though since I began an anxiety medication. Still I awaken. I guess short of knocking me out, I will always awaken.
I don’t have to get up to go to the restroom in the middle of the night any longer, so that’s not the issue. Losing weight has helped with not putting pressure on my bladder.
I think maybe the daily exercise might be helping some too. Still nothing keeps me asleep.
Maybe I am just built to be a light sleeper. Something in my genes to keep me alive. Though lately my husband has been able to come to bed without awakening me.
I don’t know what’s up. That’s not usual for me. Perhaps things are changing. Still I wake up two or three times during the night.
