Ralph and I took a three mile hike Tuesday. I need to get through to my husband that I need to eat before we leave. It’s one thing if we’ll be out a half an hour, it’s another thing if we leave at 7:30 and don’t return until 10:30. For my weight loss and my health I need to eat regular meals at the same time.
The hike was pleasant. I got to try out my hiking poles. They really help with my balance.
I was tired and hangry by the time we got back to the car. Next time breakfast first, hike next and then lunch. LOL!
