I guess I’m not the only one. My thoughts are racing. I am surprised that I have been sleeping better lately.
Thanks to Ralph’s CPAP machine, I am sleeping about 6 hours.
My anxieties high… I can’t imagine why… Pandemic, lay-off, food shortage and all the usual things that life brings. I haven’t started having panic attacks, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I did. Still it’s been awhile since I’ve had one. Years in fact. I am doing my best to keep it that way.
Sleep, meditation, relaxation, exercise and chamomile tea all help tremendously. Also, writing my thoughts down helps me process things. Do you have tricks to keep anxiety at bay?
