Fibromyalgia

Dear Fibromyalgia

Education for all invisible disabilities and conditions is important. Fibromyalgia is widespread muscle pain and tenderness, but it is so much more. It is a whole syndrome of things encompassing fatigue, brain fog, headaches, OAB, IBS, GERDS, etc.

It makes it difficult to get another diagnosis because you put off so much under this one umbrella and sometimes the doctor does as well.

Many people don’t believe Fibromyalgia is real. We need more public education about it. Dear Fibromyalgia is trying to spread awareness. Are you willing to admit you have it? If so leave a comment.

I am not ashamed to admit I have Fibromyalgia. I wish I didn’t, but the daily pain and fatigue remind me all too often that I do.

I have Fibromyalgia!

Love, Peace and Light! Rita
